What we collect
What you enter in forms: name, phone, email, messenger, city, industry and budget. Technical visit data: page address, referrer, campaign tags, device type, IP address and time. AI chat transcripts. Contract and payment details if you buy a package.
Why
To contact you about your request, prepare an estimate and a proposal, deliver the service under the contract, measure advertising performance and meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
Services the site depends on: CRM, email provider, messengers, telephony, payment provider, analytics. Also affiliated companies and brands of our group in order to serve you: this disclosure is required by law, not marketing. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Leads and correspondence up to three years, contract and payment records as long as tax law requires. Campaign tags for 90 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent to be contacted and opt out of sharing. Write to the email on the contacts page and we reply within the period your state law sets.
California residents
Under CCPA and CPRA you can opt out of sharing data for advertising: the "Do not sell or share my personal information" link is in the footer of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
