Before
A lead from Google ads cost up to 60 EUR, and the numbers did not add up.
What we did
We launched a "Give 20 EUR, get 20 EUR" referral program. An hour after each cleaning, the client got an automatic WhatsApp message.
After
30% of new clients started coming through referrals. The cost of a client fell to 18 EUR. We reached clients at their happiest moment: right after their home was cleaned.
